Announcement County Junior Organiser

It is with regret that the Captain and Officers of the KCLGA announce the resignation of Nikki Brown County Junior Organiser.

We are also sad to say that Marilyn Brown will no longer be involved with the running of the Kent Juniors.

The KCLGA would like to take this opportunity to thank Marilyn for her tremendous contribution to the Kent Junior girls over the past 10 years.

Announcement: County Training Officer

It is with regret that the Captain and Officers of the KCLGA announce the resignation of Mrs Sandy Catford from the post of County Training Officer with immediate effect. Sandy was appointed to the post of CTO in 2015 and we thank her for all her efforts on our behalf during that time and wish her every success in the future.

Kent Schools Championship 2018

Megan Simmons, Maria Babadi and Nicole Amos have been selected to play in the South East of England Schools Championship at Bush Hill Park, Middlesex on 29th May. Read More

Extension of ‘winter rules’ – England Golf

Due to the extremely wet conditions experienced throughout the Country this winter, it has been agreed that permission for the use of ‘winter rules’ in qualifying competitions will be extended beyond 30th April through to 31st May. Read More

Cheryl Power takes up KCLGA Captaincy

The 2018 AGM was held on Thursday 8th March. We are very happy to announce that Cheryl Power now takes over as County Captain for the next 2 years.

Anne Billings, who now becomes Vice Captain for one year, was thanked very much by Cheryl for her excellent 2 years in office.
